If a grill is available for guest use, guests are responsible for cleaning it after use and replenishing the propane tank if necessary. A $50 cleaning fee will apply if the grill is left unclean. Propane exchange/refill tanks can be purchased at various local retailers. If the grill is locked or otherwise marked as unavailable, it is the homeowner's personal grill and must not be used by guests.
