Gaming Consoles: No gaming consoles are provided at the property. 🏝️ Windsor Cay Community Access After your reservation is confirmed, guests will receive arrival instructions. A community registration form must be completed through the designated link before arrival in order to obtain the QR code required for access to Windsor Cay. ♨️ POOL HEAT Pool heating is available for $35 per day + tax, with a 3-day minimum, and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that the attached spa is not a hot tub. It may not have jets and heats to the same temperature as the pool, with a maximum temperature of approximately 90°F. The pool heating system uses heat-exchange technology and does not operate when outdoor temperatures are below 50°F. During periods of cold weather, the pool may not reach the desired temperature. No refunds will be provided due to cold-weather limitations. 🔥 GRILL A BBQ grill is not provided at the property.
