Please bring your own washcloths as we only provide towels. • CHECKING IN AND OUT - Check-in after 4:00 PM - Checkout before 10:00 AM • PARKING - Free parking: two marked spaces per unit. - Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, watercraft or recreational vehicles are not permitted. - Vehicle in violation of parking policy will be towed at the guest's expense. • TRASH DISPOSAL Trash must be placed in bags and disposed of in the resort dumpsters. The HOA strictly prohibits leaving trash bags at the front door, even temporarily. Failure to comply will result in a fine at the guest's expense. • HOUSEKEEPING There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. • ONLINE SHOPPING Mail/packages are not accepted at The Hub at Westside Reserve.
