Please bring your own washcloths, as they are not included. • REEF CLUB - Windsor Cay Resort amenities included with your stay, featuring: - Arcade - Lazy River - Fitness Center - Family Cabanas - 9-Hole Mini Golf - Dual Water Slides - Gated Community - Volleyball & Cornhole - Children's Splash Pad - Outdoor Covered Bar - Blue Lagoon Bar & Grille - Resort-Style Zero-Entry Pool RESORT REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED AFTER BOOKING CONFIRMATION. • WINDSOR CAY PARKING - Free on-site parking. - Driveway parking limited to 2 vehicles. The garage has been converted into a game room. - No parking on grass or blocking the sidewalks. - No parking on the street. (Since it is a new community, they will not enforce this rule until the signs are placed.) - The parking pass must be printed out and displayed on the dashboard. - Do not park in front of other homes. - Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, or boats are not allowed. - Registered guests cannot share their parking passes with unregistered visitors. - Vehicles in violation will be towed at the guest's expense. POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL 1. Cost: $35 per day. 2. Notice: Must be requested 48 hours in advance. 3. Minimum Duration: 2 consecutive days. 4. Maximum Temperature: 95°F. 5. Cold Weather Limitations: The pool heating system uses heat-exchange technology, which relies on outdoor air temperatures to operate efficiently. During cold weather, heating may take longer, and the system may be unable to reach or maintain your preferred water temperature. In very cold or freezing conditions, the heater’s built-in safety mechanism may temporarily shut down the system to protect the equipment, further affecting heating performance. Please note refunds will not be issued if cold weather or other outdoor conditions prevent the pool from reaching or maintaining your preferred temperature. This service is optional and subject to availability. 6. Pool & Spa: The attached spa is part of the main pool system and cannot be heated independently. Both share the same water temperature. • BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL - Cost: $75 for the entire stay • TRASH DISPOSAL Valet trash service. Please dispose of the trash in the plastic bin to keep the home clean. • HOUSEKEEPING Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. Before check-in, a professional cleaning company will thoroughly clean and inspect the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services are available for an additional fee. • ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender. To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Depending on the resort's policies: Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply). Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests. Please note that we are not responsible for any unexpected issues with your online purchases. • CHECKING IN AND OUT - Check-in after 4:00 PM - Check-out before 10:00 AM Please note: To avoid additional cleaning or repair charges, we kindly ask you to follow the house rules.
