All amenities included: - Gym - Sauna - Tiki Bar - Hot Tub - Mini Golf - Playgrounds - Nature Trail - Community Pool - Volleyball Court - Gated & Guarded Community - Tennis, Pickleball, and Basketball Courts • EMERALD ISLAND PARKING - Designated spaces are often available across from the unit, with overflow parking in marked areas. - There is a limit of six vehicles per unit. - Do not park on the grass. - Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, watercraft, or recreational vehicles are not permitted. • THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. You can stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. Fresh towels and linens await you! We kindly ask you to bring your own washcloths. • BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL - Cost: $75 for the entire stay • TRASH DISPOSAL Please keep all waste bagged and dispose of it in the in-ground canister near the driveway. • HOUSEKEEPING There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. • ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY Please note that USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender. To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Depending on the resort's policies: Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply). Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any unexpected issues with your online purchases. • CHECKING IN AND OUT - Check-in after 4:00 PM - Checkout before 10:00 AM PLEASE NOTE: Failure to comply with house rules may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
