Please bring your own washcloths, as they are not included. • THE AZUR RESORT AMENITIES - Resort-Style Pool - Gated Community • PARKING - Free on-site parking. - Private carport for 1 vehicle + 2 spots in the parking lot with parking permits in the vehicle. - Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, watercraft, or recreational vehicles are not permitted. - Vehicles in violation of parking policy will be towed at the guest's expense. • BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL - Cost: $75 for the entire stay • TRASH DISPOSAL Valet trash service. Please place trash in the plastic bin daily to keep the home clean. • HOUSEKEEPING Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental rate. Before check-in, a professional cleaning company will thoroughly clean and inspect the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services are available for an additional fee. • ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender. To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Depending on the resort's policies: Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply).
