Maximum Temperature: 95°F 5. Pool & Spa: The attached spa is part of the main pool system and cannot be heated independently. Both share the same water temperature. Pool heater pumps have a built-in safety mechanism to prevent the system from overheating when working overtime in freezing conditions. They will shut off temporarily to recover their efficiency. Here, a stylish swimming pool, private poolside cabanas, and a rejuvenating jacuzzi spa are framed by an expansive deck overlooking the lake. • SONOMA RESORT PARKING - Free on-site parking. Driveway for 9 regular vehicles. - No parking on the grass. - No parking or blocking the sidewalk. - Commercial Vehicles, RVs, Trailers, Buses, Golf Carts, or Boats are not allowed at Sonoma Resort. - Vehicles in violation of parking policy will be towed at the guest's expense. • HOUSEKEEPING There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. • TRASH DISPOSAL Please dispose of the trash in the plastic bench daily to keep the home clean. • ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY Please note that USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender. To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Depending on the resort's policies: Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply). Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any unexpected issues with your online purchases. PLEASE NOTE: Failure to comply with house rules may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
