From the moment you walk in the door, everything about the home will catch your eye. The entrance has a hallway to the left with a powder bath, a closet for storage and a laundry room complete with washer, dryer and shelves for easy storage. To your right, you will find the kitchen with a breakfast nook, lots of counter space for prepping those big family meals, all necessary professional-grade appliances, utensils, and cabinets for storage space. Fun tidbit about the kitchen decor, it is personalized with clocks from around the world which signify the time in different places around the world where the owners’ children live. The dining area features an elegant glass-top dining table that can comfortable seat at least 8 adults, a mirrored wall creating a spacious feel, and modern light fixtures/ decor. With multiple windows and massive sliding glass doors to the pool creating natural light, 3 comfortable couches, a flat screen TV, and unique decorations, the living room is not only aesthetically pleasing, but gives you the warm feeling of home. Right next to the living room, you can find a sitting area with a window and an additional sliding glass door creating a great place to sit back and relax or read a book in peace. Of the 4 unique bedrooms, three can be found upstairs while the master is on the ground floor, overlooking the pool and golf course. The master bedroom has sliding glass doors leading to the pool producing natural lighting to the room as well as subtle lamps on either side of the king bed if you want a bit less lighting. With the beautiful, relaxing decor, a flat screen tv, plenty of dresser space and a walk-in closet, you may never want to leave this master bedroom. Not to mention, the incredible bathroom that is attached to it with double sinks, considerable counter space in an eye-catching blue, an enormous walk-in shower, private toilet with door, bathtub, and ample lighting. The remaining 3 bedrooms can be found upstairs along with the second full bathroom. Relaxation will be no problem in the simple, yet modern guest bedroom. With a large window providing beautiful natural light, this patriotic themed room with a golf course view has such a homey feel about it. The remaining two rooms are also both themed rooms. One being a French themed room and the other being a “boys” themed room with a bit darker colors, and slightly less natural light from windows. Both of these rooms include two twin sized beds, a nightstand with a lamp between the beds, and closets. The three rooms share a lovely bathroom. This bathroom also has double sinks, considerable counter space, ample lighting from fixtures and windows, and a shower tub. *Please note that while the villa is fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, toiletries are the responsibility of the guest. For your arrival we will provide a trash bag in every trash can, a roll of toilet paper and a bar of soap in each bathroom. No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $250.00 penalty fee. Not Pet Friendly Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charge an additional, Non-Refundable fee of $500. Pool Policy: *The pool heater can be turned on for an additional $175 per week plus tax.
