There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom and two twin beds in the third bedroom. The west-facing pool has a serene view of the golf course and can be heated for an additional fee. *This home is professionally managed. 24-hour Emergency number and onsite staff* Additional Services (Extra Charges Apply): Mid-Stay Clean BBQ Grill Rental Pool Heat Read Before Booking this Property: Please Note – In order to book with us there is a 25 years of age minimum requirement & the person booking the villa must be present during the entire stay. This rule is strictly enforced and a Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. **Check In Time: 4:00pm **Check Out Time: 10:00am 24-hour check-in available. Contactless check-in and departure. Supplies: We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 2 trash bags, dish detergent tablet, paper towels, and bath essentials.
