The home features a spacious pool and garden area for outdoor living and dining. South Dixie Hwy with restaurants and shops is just a 5 minute walk away downtown West Palm Beach and the Island of Palm Beach are a 3-4 minute drive (or 10 minute bike ride) .This house is pet friendly, but there are weight and breed restrictions. All pets are on request.
