Your relaxing vacation begins in this high-end vacation villa in West Palm Beach! Directly facing the Intracoastal waterway in the El Cid Historic District, this Bermuda style home sits on a large deep lot in a prime location.
Villa Dolce Vita offers large bright rooms overlooking the water and Palm Beach Island with 4 bedrooms total - 3 king bedded ensuite bedroom/bathrooms with views to the water and a comfortable 1 bedroom apartment with living room and kitchen is located over the garage. The home features a spacious pool and garden area for outdoor living and dining. South Dixie Hwy with restaurants and shops is just a 5 minute walk away downtown West Palm Beach and the Island of Palm Beach are a 3-4 minute drive (or 10 minute bike ride) .This house is pet friendly, but there are weight and breed restrictions. All pets are on request.
