The landmarked 2 bedroom/1 bathroom was recently renovated with all new furnishings. The home features A/C, a fully furnished modern kitchen, washer and dryer and a large, a spacious garden area with outside dining and lounge chairs and sunfilled bathroom with a clawfoot tub and a large walk-in shower with 2 shower heads. The master suite has a king bed and a separate walk-in closet with a dresser (can also be used as a baby room). This house can sleep up to 4 people. This house allows up to 1, hyper allergenic dog with a maximum weight of 20 lbs (propery owner is allergic). Fees apply, please enquire.
The home is located on one of the quietest streets in the Grandview Heights Historic District, 10 minutes walking distance to the West Palm Beach Arts & Entertainment District with restaurants, shops, bars, street cafes, boutiques, museums, theaters and more. The Norton Museum of Art and Grandview Public Market are also within 5 minutes walking distance.
