Welcome to our lovely townhouse on Vista Cay, without a doubt the best location in all Orlando! Sleeping 6 comfortably, 7 or 8 with small children under 12. 3.5 bathrooms makes this a great space to share with colleagues or friends. THE SPACE The living area is light and bright with hardwood flooring throughout. The open plan living floor has a comfy seating area, 55" smart TV and flows seamlessly into the well equipped kitchen, so the cook can chat with guests at a comfortable dining area for 6. while preparing a quick snack or gourmet meal. BED & BATH There are 3 bedrooms, all with TVs, ceiling fans and en-suite bathrooms plus a ½ bath on the living floor. On the top floor you will find the principle King bedroom with super comfy mattress and top quality linens. Also a double double guest room with en-suite bathroom. On the 1st floor is 3rd Queen room with en-suite shower room. The townhouse also has a small garage (too small for most vehicles) and you will find full size laundry machines here, so you can pack light and take advantage of the world class outlet malls just a few minutes away
