You can stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. RESORT REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED AFTER BOOKING CONFIRMATION. • PARADISE PALMS PARKING - Free on-site parking. - Limit of 2 vehicles in non-reserved parking. - Street parking is allowed, but vehicles cannot park on the grass or block the sidewalk. - Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, watercraft, or recreational vehicles are not permitted. - Vehicles in violation of parking policy will be towed at the guest's expense. • POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL 1. Cost: $35 per day. 2. Notice: Must be requested 48 hours in advance. 3. Minimum Duration: 2 consecutive days. 4. Maximum Temperature: 95°F. 5. Cold Weather Limitations: The pool heater operates via heat exchange and will not work effectively in cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool during cold conditions and it fails to reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be issued. Pool heater pumps have a built-in safety mechanism to prevent the system from overheating when working overtime in freezing conditions. They will shut off temporarily to recover their efficiency. Please keep in mind that this service is optional and subject to availability. • BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL - Cost: $75 All Stay • TRASH DISPOSAL Please dispose of the trash daily in the plastic bench or dumpster to keep the home clean. • HOUSEKEEPING There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. • ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY Please note that USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender. To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Depending on the resort's policies: Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply). Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any unexpected issues with your online purchases. Meals are delivered straight to the house. • CHECKING IN AND OUT - Check-in after 4:00 PM - Checkout before 10:00 AM PLEASE NOTE: Failure to comply with house rules may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
