Solterra Resort is a secure gated community only moments from the magic but just far enough to experience a little peace and tranquility from the busy tourist district. The villa features 12 bedrooms, 9.5 bathrooms.
There are 4 downstairs bedrooms and the remaining 8 bedrooms are upstairs. Also upstairs you will find a home theater room for additional entertainment watching movies.
The home also features a game room for some additional fun with pool and fooseball tables and a basketball game.
Flatscreen TVs are included in all bedrooms. Large Smart TV in the family living area. Projector and large screen and comfortable seating in the loft home theater room area.
Air conditioned living space throught the home. The modern kitchen with granite worktops is well equipped for large families and has 2 dishwashers and 2 fridge freezers! and two separate dining tables as well as all the usual smaller appliances like toaster, tea kettle, coffee maker etc.

Please note. Some of our homes may be furnihed with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill that is for owner use. We can arrange to add a grill, baby equipment and more for a nominal fee.
