The kitchen overlooks the living and dining areas, making it perfect for entertaining. It has beautiful stone countertops and stainless steel appliances, and it comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, plates, utensils, and small kitchen appliances that you’d need to put together all your favorite home-cooked meals. When it’s time to eat, you can do so at the breakfast bar, which will seat up to 4 people, or at the dining table, which will seat up to eight people. Fancy somewhere to cool off after a long day out in the Florida heat? No problem! Head to the splash pool at the back of the house. It’s screened in to keep those pesky Florida bugs out, and there is patio furniture dotted around the pool area to relax on.
