Plan on cooking during your stay? Great! The kitchen won’t disappoint you. It’s small but efficient. It has modern appliances, plenty of countertop space, comes fully equipped with everything you’d need to cook any meal, and it has an island that doubles as a small breakfast nook that’ll seat up to 2 people. If you need somewhere bigger to eat at, go to the dining area. Here, you’ll find a pre-set table with seating for up to 6 people. It’s a great little place for everyone to enjoy a meal together.

The living room is large and spacious. It has 2 large, comfortable sofas and a large TV for everyone to enjoy watching some TV on after a long day out at the park.

Head outside via the glass patio door, and you’ll enter the screened-in pool area. Here, you’ll find a lagoon-shaped pool, sun loungers for those who want to work on their tan, and patio seats under a covered lanai for those who just want to sit outside and enjoy the Florida weather with one of their favorite ice-cold beverages.
Pool heating can be requested for an extra cost before arriving to the house.

There are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. And the third bedroom has 2 single beds, which are great for the younger members of the family. Don’t worry, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
