Paradise Palms Townhome

This newly re-decorated colonial looking Town House, with a secluded outlook, is the ideal vacation home for those traveling together either as a family unit or friendship group. This modern 2-storey 4 bedroom town home with 3 bathrooms, sleeps 8 guests comfortably with the option of 2 extra guests using the sofa bed in the lounge area. There is a Queen bedroom with a Mickey theme on the 1st Floor and a shared hallway shower/toilet bathroom. The Master King bedroom is on the 2nd Floor and has its own ensuite shower/tub/toilet combo. There are two x twin bedrooms (each with two single beds) which are themed as Star Wars and Princess rooms respectively. They share a hallway bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a washer and dryer for Guest use on the 2nd Floor. For your little ones, there is a pack and play and highchair. Please note we do not supply the bedding for the pack and play.
Guests can enjoy a peaceful vacation in luxury as this home features a spacious living room with comfortable furniture. There are two large couches from which you can watch the very large flat screen TV or just relax and read a book. It has a spacious dining table which can seat 6 people. The open-plan modern kitchen is well-equipped for your use and there is a kitchen breakfast bar with 4 bar stools. With lots of modern technology and a fast WiFi internet connection, you will feel right at home in this superb town house.
Outside Guests can relax and lounge on the screened patio, dipping in your own pool. (We do however recommend pool heating in the winter months from November to March – please check with the office for the cost of this service). There are 4 poolside chairs, as well as a table with 6 chairs under the lanai for Al Fresco dining – sipping a cocktail or two and enjoying a meal away from the Parks. The pool lanai area faces East, so you can enjoy the morning sunrises whilst drinking your coffee!
