So, you’re thinking about visiting the Orlando area? Why not stay in this house? It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, over 1,700 square feet of space, and it sleeps up to 8 people. Let’s take a look at what this house has to offer inside. The living room is large, and it has 2 large reclining sofas and a large flat screen TV in a large wall unit / entertainment center. This is an awesome room to come home to after a long day out at the parks, walking all day. There’ll be nothing better than to just sit back, recline, and watch a great Disney movie. The U-shaped kitchen is a modest size. It has modern appliances, plenty of counter space, a breakfast bar with two seats, and it comes fully equipped with small appliances, kitchen tools, utensils, etc. It should be a joy to use the kitchen. When it comes time to eat, if the two seats at the breakfast bar won’t cut it, try the breakfast nook that has a table and seating for up to 4 people. You know, if you really want to, you could eat outside by the pool, using the patio table and 4 chairs. To get outside, you simply open the glass patio door next to the kitchen nook area. Once outside, you’ll be in the lagoon-shaped pool with a spa (resting area from the pool), which is screened off to protect everyone from those pesky Florida bugs. Pool heating available with an extra charge. Your choice of pool activities: swim in the pool, sunbathe on a sun lounger, escape from the sun by sitting under the covered lanai. There are 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, tub, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a full-size bed, and the third and fourth bedrooms both have 2 single beds in each, which are great for kids.


Community Description

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
