Villa Jolie is a private stand alone villa built on a unique lot overlooking the natural fields of Aruba. Relax on the covered veranda complemented with its outdoor patio furniture for both the lounge-level and poolside deck or enjoy the beautiful nature views from the roof top terrace. Enjoy the magnificent back garden with its swimming pool, outdoor dining, BBQ and lounge area. There is a guest restroom and a poolside shower. There are 3 air conditioned bedroom featuring 2 bedrooms One with a king bed, one with a queen and one bedroom with a two twin beds. There is also a sofa bed available.

All beds are equipped with plush pillow-top ultra-luxurious quality mattresses and high thread-count all cotton bed and bath linens. There is well equipped kitchen perfect to cook breakfast, lunches and dinners at home. The living room has a large flat screen TV adjacent to its sun room, perfect for reading or simple relaxation. High speed wireless internet service is provided and included. Villa Jolie is completely secured also with an alarm system and is fully gated. Parking can be done behind the gates.

Utiltiies:

The total rate includes 15% tax / service charge, including final cleaning, an allowance for water and electricity in the amount of US$ 22,- per night and Wireless Internet. Over usage of utilities, shall be to your discretion and at your expense.

Upon arrival a refundable security deposit is required of US$ 400,-.

Payment Terms As Follows:
An initial down payment of 300.00 is required at time of booking.
50 percent of the total amount of your reservation will be charged 30 days after booking.
The remaining balance will be charged 45 days prior to arrival.


Cancellation policy: No refund will be issued for cancellations. It is stongly recommeded that you purchase the trip insurance for cancellations in case of any unforseen emergency.
