Southern Dunes

Located in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation villa sleeps up to 8 people and has a private pool with golf course views and a games room. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and private access to the pool area via patio doors. The third and fourth bedrooms both have two single beds in each, which are great for the younger members of the family. The U-shaped kitchen comes fully equipped with all the equipment and utensils you’d need to cook up anything you can think of. It also has modern appliances, plenty of countertop space, and a breakfast bar that seats up to 3 people. Need a little more space to eat? There’s a breakfast nook/dining area just off of the kitchen that seats up to 6 people. In the dining area, there’s also glass patio doors that lead out to the pool area. After along day out at the parks, there’s no better place to come back to than the living room. Here, you’ll find two white leather sofas that you can curl up on. There’s also a flat screen TV that you can watch a good Disney movie on. The two best parts about this house? The pool and the games room. The pool area is screened in to keep those pesky Florida bugs out. The pool is large and lagoon shaped, and if you don’t want to be out in direct sunlight, there’s a covered lanai with a patio table and four chairs. Here, you can sit down and relax with your favorite ice-cold beverage as you look out onto the golf course. The games room is in the converted garage. Here, you’ll find a pool table.


Community Details

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
