Try the formal dining room towards the front of the house. Here, you’ll find a chunky wooden dining suite that has seating for up to 8 people. In the living room area, you’ll find 3 leather sofas, a large flat screen TV, and glass patio doors that let in natural light and let out anyone who wants to go to the pool area. The pool area is screened in to keep those pesky Florida bugs out. There’s a large pool for you to cool off in, sun loungers for those who want to work on their tan, and a patio table, chairs, and umbrella for those who want to relax outside in some shade with their favorite beverage. Want to have some indoor fun? Head to the games room in the converted garage. Here, you’ll find a foosball table and a pool table. You’re bound to spend hours in this room! Community Details

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
