We’ll start with the bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third and fourth bedrooms both have two single beds in each, which is perfect for the younger members of the family. There are wooden floors throughout the communal areas. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with white cabinetry, dark countertops, modern appliances, and views of the dining and living areas. There are two dining areas. The first dining area, the breakfast nook, has seating for up to 4 around a circular table. The second dining area is just off of the kitchen and has seating for up to 6 people around a rectangular table. The living area is cozy with it’s black leather sofa and black leather recliner. There’s also a large flat screen TV there for your entertainment, and there are glass patio doors that both let natural light in and let out anyone who wants to go to the pool area. The pool area is screened in to keep out those pesky Florida bugs. For those who want to work on their tan, there are sun loungers. For those who want to cool off, take a dip in the pool. And for those who want to be outside but out of the sun, there’s a patio table and 4 chairs under a covered lanai.

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
