Southern Dunes Golf Community
Looking for a vacation villa that has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private pool with golf views, sleeps up to 6 people, and has been completely renovated? Check out this property, then. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed, pool views, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms have wood flooring and their own TV. The kitchen has been completely modernized. It has fresh new cabinetry, pool views, stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and an island that doubles as a breakfast bar with two stools. Just off of the kitchen is the dining area. It has a modern-style dining suite with four chairs and patio doors that lead to the pool area. The living room has two grey leather sofas, an ottoman, and a large flat screen TV for everyone’s entertainment. Head outside, and you’ll enter the screened-in pool area. Here, you have golf views, sun loungers for those who want to work on their tans, a patio table and three chairs with an umbrella for those who want to sit in the shade, a good-size pool, and a barbeque.
Community Details
This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
