If so, you’ve come to the right place. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 also has a queen-size bed, and bedroom three has two single beds, which are perfect for the younger members of the family to sleep in. The kitchen is a decent size and has light wood cabinets, white countertops, modern appliances, and an island that doubles as a breakfast nook with seating for up to 2. This kitchen also comes fully equipped. What this means is that you should have all the proper utensils, small appliances, kitchen gadgets, etc. that you’d need to put together any meal. You’ll feel right at home in this kitchen. When it’s time to eat, there’s a dining area that has four high chairs around a square table with a stone top. After a long day out at the park, there’s no better place to come back to than the living room where you can snuggle up on one of the two leather sofas and watch a good movie on the flat screen TV. This outdoor private lagoon-shaped swimming pool is popular with all guests. The pool area is screened in to keep all the bugs out, and there are sun loungers for those who want to work on their tan, patio tables and chairs for those who want to relax, and a covered lanai for those who want to be outside but out of the sun. There’s also a hot tub for you to enjoy! Did we mention that there is free Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the house? Just bring your laptop or device!


Community Details

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
