This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation villa sleeps up to 6 people and is located in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed, private access to the pool area, and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and garden tub. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds, which are great for younger members of the family. All bedrooms have their own TVs. The kitchen has white cabinets, white countertops, modern appliances, and it comes fully equipped. Anyone who enjoys cooking will love cooking in this kitchen. There are two living areas. The first living area is the formal living area. It has two green leather sofas and glass patio doors that lead to the pool area. This room is perfect for those times you want to have a quiet conversation with others. The second living room is the informal living room. It’s large and has two red recliner chairs, a sofa, vaulted ceilings, and a large flat screen TV. This is the perfect place to come back to after a long day out at the parks. Here, you can just sit back, recline, and relax while you watch a good Disney movie on the large TV. There are two dining areas. The first dining area is the breakfast nook, which is just off of the kitchen. It has a square glass-top table with 4 chairs. It also has great views of the pool area. Need somewhere to eat with a little more space and perhaps somewhere that’s a little more formal? There’s a formal dining area with seating for up to 6 people, and there’s room to add more chairs if needed. This is the perfect place for the whole family to eat a meal together. Need someone to work on your laptop? There’s also a small office with a desk and office chair. Here, you can set up your laptop and check your emails, surf the Internet, or whatever else you’d like to do. Speaking of the Internet, did we mention that this house has free Wi-Fi? If you need to do a little mid-stay laundry, this house has a full-size washer and dryer for you to use. The best part of this house? The pool area. Here, you’ll find a good-size pool, 4 sun loungers for those who want to work on their tan, and a covered lanai with a patio table and four chairs. There are also views of the golf course from the pool area!

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
