The open concept lounge is welcoming with excellent décor and a large leather sectional and armchair for your comfort. There is also a large flat screen TV (4K UHD) and a DVD player. Family memories can be easily made with an abundance of current box games, jigsaw puzzles and 80+ DVD movies for all ages and taste. The 3 TV’s in this home allow guests to access their private streaming accounts such as Hulu. Netflix is available free on all the TV’s. The bedrooms in this home are spacious. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, is on the ground floor and features patio doors out to the pool, a king-size bed, a Smart TV & DVD player, and an en-suite bathroom that has dual vanities, a large soaking tub, a separate shower, and an enclosed toilet room. The second bedroom has a king-size bed. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the fourth bedroom has two single beds, which are perfect for the younger members of the family. This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
