Located in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation villa with private pool sleeps up to 8 people. Let’s see what’s going on under the roof. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed. And the third bedroom has two single beds, which are great for younger members of the family. The kitchen is a modest size and has modern appliances, plenty of counterspace, views of the pool area, and an island that doubles as a breakfast bar with seating for two. If you need somewhere larger to eat, try the breakfast nook, which is just off of the kitchen. It has a circular glass table with four chairs and access to the pool via the patio doors. The living room is at the front of the house and has a brown sofa, brown loveseat, and a large flat screen TV. This is a great place to crash after a long day out at the parks. Imagine your legs feel like jelly from all the walking and you get to fall back into the comfortable sofas and watch a great Disney movie on the large TV. The pool area is screened in to keep out those pesky bugs. The pool area also has a small raised bar table and bar chairs for those who want to sit around with a margarita or their favorite ice-cold beverage. There’re also sun loungers for those who want to work on their tan.

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
