The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. And the third and fourth bedrooms both have two single beds in each, which are great for the younger members of the family. The kitchen may be small, but it’s efficient and comes fully equipped with everything you’d need to whip up something tasty to eat. It also has modern appliances and views of the breakfast nook and living room. When it’s time to eat, you have two choices. The first choice is the breakfast nook. It has seating for up to 4, and it has views of the swimming pool area. If you need more space to eat, there’s a dining room/area that has room for up to 6 people to eat. This is the perfect place for everyone to sit down together and enjoy a meal. The living room is a good size and has two leather sofas, a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall, and access to the pool area via the patio doors. The pool area is screened in and has sun loungers for those who want to work on their tans and a patio table and 5 chairs for those who want to sit around outside and enjoy their favorite ice-cold beverage under the umbrella. Want some indoor entertainment? Head to the garage that’s been converted into a games room. It has an air hockey table, a pool table, and a table tennis table. You’re sure to spend hours in this room!

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
