In one of the quietest streets of the Grandview Heights Historic District, Nini's cottage has recently been completely renovated and expanded with a beautiful front porch for outdoor living and dining. The house features 3 bedrooms (king bed in the master, queen bed in other bedrooms), 2 bathrooms, a spacious living/dining room, den/office, a modern kitchen, laundry facilities, an expansive outside dining/living area with ceiling fans and a newly constructed, heated pool. There is cable TV in the living room and master bedroom. The pool is shared with another 1 bedroom unit located on the same property. Pool heat is optional. This house is pet friendly, but there are weight and breed restrictions. All pets are on request. Nini's Cottage shares the property with another, fully detached 1 bedroom cabana called Max's Place. Both units can be booked together to form a 4 bedroom/3 bathroom compound. Please inquire about prices.
