This classic West Palm Beach historically designated vacation cottage sleeps up to five people and is comfortably furnished in a classical Spanish-Mediterranean style.

In December 2016, the cottage received new living room furniture, a new master-bedroom bed, new additional TV in the master bedroom, new pool furniture and new landscaping.
