The living room and dining room opens up into an outdoor patio terrace with a semi-private swimming pool and jacuzzi, which overlooks the Aruban ocean and a semi-private beach in front of the property. (Shared with other apartments)

Utilities:
The total rate includes 15% service charge, final cleaning, mid-stay cleanings, booking fee, wifi and utilities. Upon arrival a refundable security deposit is required of US$ 800,-.

Payment Terms As Follows:
An initial 50 percent down payment is required at time of booking.
The remaining balance will be charged 45 days prior to arrival.


Cancellation policy: No refund will be issued for cancellations. It is stongly recommeded that you purchase the trip insurance for cancellations in case of any unforseen emergency.
