The octagonal shaped open kitchen is modern and fully equipped with the latest state-of-the-art appliances and kitchen equipment. The white and wooden design is simple yet tasteful. Guests can enjoy their breakfast high up at the kitchen’s breakfast bar or alternatively at the small round kitchen table suite that’s located next to some big bay window’s ensuring you get the morning sun as you skim through the morning paper.

The spacious living room is comfortable and its sliding doors open up onto the patio area that goes to your own private swimming pool. The dining area is perfect and can cope with a larger number of guests than usual and it comfortably seats 8 people. The large private pool is connected to a Jacuzzi. Close to some of Florida’s more famous attractions like Disney World and Sea World, this is a perfect location if you plan on seeing the sites of Florida. Its convenient position also means it’s close to a number of shopping plazas and malls. There are a number of great eateries, bars and cafes to choose from in this up-market neighborhood, so it’s definitely worth a visit. As soon as you pull up at the colonial style building, you will be impressed with the vast lush lawns and double garage.
