Decorated with just a few simple paintings and some romantic lighting, this will easily become the favorite room of the house. Between the living room and the kitchen the formal dining area is conveniently situated. Here you’ll find a long rustic style wooden table that’s capable of seating 8. The dining room is light with cream walls and a lot of natural sunlight due to the positioning of the table right next to the large bay window. There’s also additional seating at the small breakfast bar area where you’ll find 2 comfy leather barstools.
The kitchen is beautifully finished with modern cupboards and modern appliances such as a silver colored fridge, stove, oven and microwave. The beautifully tiled floors and marble counter tops are really easy to clean, adding to the convenience of everything.
The master bedroom has been decorated to perfection with a comfy king size bed, bed side tables and bedside lamps. The room also has its own very spacious en-suite bathroom with a double vanity in front of a large mirror, a garden tub, and a separate walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a double bunk bed in it making it a great room for kids. The third bedroom is equipped with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, a flat screen TV and access to the covered patio.
The covered patio includes outdoor furniture which makes for a relaxing day by the pool or Jacuzzi. A games room with a ping pong table, pool table and flat screen can also be found in the converted garage area.
