This luxury Villa at “The Shire at Westhaven” could be your home-from-home as you explore everything that Orlando and the surrounding area has to offer!
Located on a quiet cul-de-sac within a secure gated community, “The Shire at Westhaven,” in Davenport, Florida, is only a short drive from the main theme park attractions in Orlando.
As a 5-bedroom / 3-bathroom property, our Villa can sleep up to 10 people in its three double and two twin bedrooms.
Linens and Towels are provided and guests are kindly reminded this is a non-smoking and pet free home. Smoking is strictly permitted in the outside areas only and fees will apply for extra cleaning if evidence of smoking or pets is found in the villa.
Our air-conditioned detached Villa offers lots of space for your family to relax in, including two lounge areas, an open plan kitchen and dining areas, and a games room with table-football and pool table. Cable TV is included, and there are TVs in the lounge and in each bedroom.
After the excitement and thrills of a day in nearby Orlando, or perhaps as a day to just “chill out” with your family, the Villa’s own private pool with spa provides an opportunity for you to relax and to eat “al fresco,” watching the beautiful Florida sunsets from our west-facing sun terrace. The master bedroom also enjoys an elevated deck sitting area, facing westwards and over-looking a nature area.
Our Villa rental also includes access to a larger resort pool, clubhouse with gym, tennis courts and a volleyball court.
The Villa is available for rental for holiday breaks, corporate travel bookings, and also for longer periods of stay by arrangement.
Nearby Championsgate has restaurants and bars for your to dine and completes your vacation needs as there is Publix for groceries, fuel stations, bank & ATM facilities, McDonalds, Fish and chips, Miller Ale House, Chilis, to name but a few.
