Please be advised that Parties, social events and gatherings are not allowed at our vacation homes. This villa does not rent out to guests that have pets.

Utilities:
The total rate includes 15% tax, service charge, booking fee and final cleaning fee.
Water and Electricity is included at $29 a day.
Mid term rentals exclude water and electricity. Upon arrival a refundable security deposit is required of US$ 400,-.

Payment Terms As Follows:
An initial down payment of 300.00 is required at time of booking.
50 percent of the total amount of your reservation will be charged 30 days after booking.
The remaining balance will be charged 45 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy: No refund will be issued for cancellations. It is stongly recommeded that you purchase the trip insurance for cancellations in case of any unforseen emergency.
