Watch a movie from the pool with the WIFI projector or have fun on the golf putting area with golf clubs and golf balls available at the house.

Utilities:
The rental rate includes 15% tax / service charge, including final cleaning, bookings fee an allowance for water and electricity in the amount of US$15,- per night and Wireless Internet.Over usage of utilities, shall be to your discretion and at your expense. Upon arrival a refundable security deposit is required of US$ 400,-.

Payment Terms As Follows:
An initial down payment of 300.00 is required at time of booking.
50 percent of the total amount of your reservation will be charged 30 days after booking.
The remaining balance will be charged 45 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy: No refund will be issued for cancellations. It is stongly recommeded that you purchase the trip insurance for cancellations in case of any unforseen emergency.
