The charming open floor-plan allows the fully equipped and stylish kitchen to flow into the living- and dining areas. The furniture is very comfortable and has a Caribbean expression, while the décor is brightly colored and a reflection of the true Island experience. TheVilla features a spacious living- and dining area provided with sliding glass doors, which are leading to the patio and tropical garden. This area is known for a lot of curves and hidden spots waiting to be discovered…. You can also choose to just sit and relax while listening to the sounds of the numerous parrots and humming birds, or take a swim into the buildup pool. The villa is fully-equipped with every conceivable amenity you wish for. The villa provides beach chairs, a cooler box, car parking behind the gates on the premises, free Wi-Fi, local cell phone for guest's use and a home security system.

Utilities:
The total rate includes 15% tax / service charge, final cleaning, an allowance for water and electricity in the amount of US$ 15,- per night and Wireless Internet. Over usage will be at your discretion and at your expense. Upon arrival a refundable security deposit is required of US$ 400,-

Payment Terms As Follows:
An initial down payment of 300.00 is required at time of booking.
50 percent of the total amount of your reservation will be charged 30 days after booking.
The remaining balance will be charged 45 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy: No refund will be issued for cancellations. It is stongly recommeded that you purchase the trip insurance for cancellations in case of any unforseen emergency.
