There is a fully equipped kitchen with is provided with all appliances you need to cook for your loved ones. The villa is spacious and expressing a charming and relaxing Caribbean atmosphere. There is a large pool surrounded by a tropical garden. The villa is located on a 7 minute drive from Palm Beach where you will find several restaurants, supermarkets and many other activities.
We offer guests the use of a free cell phone for local calls and free Wi-Fi. In addition, we provide all essentials you would need for the beach including beach chairs, towels and a cooler box to pack and take with you on beach day!

Utilities:
The total rate includes 15% tax / service charge, final cleaning, bookings fee, an allowance for water and electricity in the amount of US$ 29,- per night and Wireless Internet. Over usage for utilities shall be to your discretion and at your expense. Upon arrival a refundable security deposit is required of US$ 400,-.

Payment Terms As Follows:
An initial down payment of 300.00 is required at time of booking.
50 percent of the total amount of your reservation will be charged 30 days after booking.
The remaining balance will be charged 45 days prior to arrival.


Cancellation policy: No refund will be issued for cancellations. It is stongly recommeded that you purchase the trip insurance for cancellations in case of any unforseen emergency.
