Bed linens and towels are provided as well as all cooking utensils. More over there is a separate guest house which provides one bedroom with a queen size bed, small fridge with a full bathroom. The living room and dining room opens to its airy patio where you will find a new swimming pool perfect to enjoy those lazy vacation days at home. Utilities:
The total rate includes 15% service charge, final cleaning, bookings fee, an allowance for water and electricity in the amount of US$ 22,- per night and Wireless Internet. Over usage for utilities, shall be at your discretion and at your expense. Upon arrival a refundable security deposit is required of US$ 400,-.

Payment Terms As Follows:
An initial down payment of 300.00 is required at time of booking.
50 percent of the total amount of your reservation will be charged 30 days after booking.
The remaining balance will be charged 45 days prior to arrival.


Cancellation policy: No refund will be issued for cancellations. It is stongly recommeded that you purchase the trip insurance for cancellations in case of any unforseen emergency.
