The villa’s total constructed area is 100 m2 (1076 square feet) and features an open and spacious plan with a homey living room-dining area with a lovely kitchen. The living room provides a large flat screen TV and also has air conditioning and comfortable furniture. The kitchen is well equipped, perfect to cook lunch and dinners for your loved ones after a nice day at the beach. There are two comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms each with its own king size bed. There is a full bathroom with shower, sink and toilette. On the side of the house you will find an open and breezy porch overlooking its spacious garden adorned with lush tropical plants and private swimming pool.
This wonderful vacation home is beautifully decorated expressing a peaceful and pleasant beach house atmosphere. The garden is beautifully manicured, adorned with abundant tropical plants.
With full air-conditioning, cable TV and Wi-Fi, a swimming pool and BBQ, you will not get bored here. This villa is an adult only villa and is good for 2 couples or 4 adults maximum travelling to Aruba.

Utilities:
The total rate includes 15% tax / service charge, final cleaning, bookings fee, an allowance for water and electricity in the amount of US$ 15,- per night and Wireless Internet. Over usage of utilities, will be to your discretion and at your expense. Upon arrival a refundable security deposit is required of US$ 400,-.

Payment Terms As Follows:
An initial down payment of 300.00 is required at time of booking.
50 percent of the total amount of your reservation will be charged 30 days after booking.
The remaining balance will be charged 45 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy: No refund will be issued for cancellations. It is stongly recommeded that you purchase the trip insurance for cancellations in case of any unforseen emergency.
