This condo is closest to Eagle Beach and is only a 5 to 10 minute walk. There will be beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler inside the home for you to take with you to the beach.

This condominium can be rented on its own, and has the possibility to be rented with neighboring unit 10. There are 2 condominiums located directly next to each other with inside locking doors adjoining the two units. The connecting doors can be unlocked if rented together and you can walk freely through to the other condominium without having to go outside. Separately the condo is perfect for a couple to stay, or with small children to a maximum capacity of 4 persons. With the King bed and the Queen sofa sleeper both units could accommodate a young family of 4.

Or renting both units together can be a great option for two couples or a larger family travelling together. The units and property are smoke-free. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and front patio. Utilities: The total rate includes 15% tax / service charge, final cleaning, booking fee, an allowance for water and electricity in the amount of US$ 15 per night. Over usage of utilities will be to your discretion and at your expense. Upon arrival, a refundable security deposit is required of US$ 400, -.

Payment Terms As Follows: An initial down payment of 300.00 is required at time of booking. 50 percent of the total amount of your reservation will be charged 30 days after booking. The remaining balance will be charged 45 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy: No refund will be issued for cancellations. It is stongly recommeded that you purchase the trip insurance for cancellations in case of any unforseen emergency.
