A private stand-alone villa located in the quiet residential area of Palm Beach, away from all the tourist crowds and yet so near to the most popular area of Aruba. This villa has the perfect location to enjoy your holiday!
This airy beach villa is equipped with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms each with their en-suite closets. The house provides 2 full bathrooms and a very nice and complete kitchen coupled to its living room and dining area. Fresh linens and towels as well as cooking utensils are provided in the villa. Agave Gardens Villa expresses a very relaxing atmosphere, the living room and dining room opens to its airy patio where you will find a beautiful garden with its own pool, perfect to enjoy those lazy vacation days at home.
Choose to take a 2-minute car ride to both Eagle Beach and Palm Beach hotel area bursting with numerous restaurants, 2 shopping malls, souvenir shops, casino’s, nighttime entertainment, movie theatres, and numerous activities. Something to each person’s liking in Aruba.

Utilities:
The total rate includes 15% tax / service charge, final cleaning, bookings fee, an allowance for water and electricity in the amount of US$ 22, - per night and Wireless Internet. Over usage of utilities, shall be at your discretion and at your expense. Upon arrival, a refundable security deposit is required of US$ 400, -.
Payment Terms As Follows:
An initial down payment of 300.00 is required at time of booking.
50 percent of the total amount of your reservation will be charged 30 days after booking.
The remaining balance will be charged 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy: No refund will be issued for cancellations. It is stongly recommeded that you purchase the trip insurance for cancellations in case of any unforseen emergency.
