The kitchen opens onto the living area so the cook can join in the conversation - or watch the game whilst chopping vegetables;).
A, spacious dining room adjoins the kitchen and has a convertible dining table/Poker table for a fun games everning at home.

The condo sleeps 6 and all the bedrooms have deluxe beds with upgraded pillow top mattresses and top-quality cotton linens.

The sumptuous Master suite has a very impressive king bed and a huge en-suite bathroom with his and hers double vanity, an oversized soaking tub and separate large walk-in shower.

The guest wing offers 2 bedrooms, 1 with a king bed and another with 2 twins. There is a 2nd full family bathroom.

Situated on the 3rd floor with a large furnished patio, with views over Lake Cay. As the sun goes down you can enjoy a cold drink and the Fireworks at Sea World.

All rooms have overhead fans andf flat screen TVs, including a 50” TV in the living area.

There is a full-size washer and dryer in the condo so you can pack light and take advantage of bargains at the nearby Outlet Malls.

A 2 minute stroll along the lake path brings you to the clubhouse where you will find a movie theatre, a gym and a games room. The heated, main pool is surrounded by a multilevel deck, a kids splash pool, and a Tiki Bar. A resort-sized Jacuzzi tub is adjacent to the pool. A few minutes further you will find a large supermarket (Publix), a major drugstore (Walgreens), shops and casual restaurants.

And for those who prefer a peaceful stroll or an early morning jog, we have a landscaped lakeside path.
